Alright friends, here is my second t-shirt upcycle project to share with you. Again, it was all white t-shirts that were worn out and since we have an orange door, white seemed the most appropriate.

What you'll need:
Sorry, it's a bit blurry. I believe it was a 5 in. ball, but if I did it again I would use a smaller one. |
I used approximately 3 medium sized t-shirts for each ball.
1 1/2-2 in. strips that you cut down to: |
1 1/2-2 in. squares, could've been smaller too. |
Cut the edges off the squares to create circles. Once you have all your circles you fold them in quarters and hot glue them into place on the ball. I started at the "top" and worked by way around.
Finished with the top and bottom, then worked my way into the center. |
A view from the top. |
Look at the difference in size!
I didn't realize it would change so drastically,
a big reason why I'd start with a smaller ball next time. |
One finished ball.

There you have it. A raggy old t-shirt turned into a cute door hanging! I had planned to use three balls, but went through all my shirts and this project is far more time consuming then I was expecting. So I settled for two...at least for now! ;)
