Cereal Stock Up
This week our Albertson's had a special on General Mills cereals for $1.57/box. We had one box left in our stock pile, so I knew this would be a great opportunity to stock up. I also had 3 $1 off coupons for General Mills cereals too, so I was sure to read all the fine print on those to get that extra savings. After it was all said and done, I walked out with 8 boxes of cereal for about $10! That was a savings worth the extra trip!

Nice work friend! And where do you get your coupons?? I've never gotten any consistently (and by that I mean we've gotten a few pages of them in the last 4 years we've been here!). Oh, and I tried the bluing in my whites (I get the grocery shrink letter too, so reading your blog was a reminder that I was going to try it...thanks!) and the stuff that was really grayish to start off with wasn't significantly better, but the rest was definitely whiter! And I never use bleach on clothes cuz I don't trust myself, but bluing was so easy and definitely not harmful/able to put holes in clothes/whatever else I can do to ruin the clothes ;)
